KNUDSON, Chief Justice.
During the period from 1955 to March 15, 1961, claimant-respondent was employed by the Nampa State School (hereinafter .referred to as the school) as a painter and maintenance man. By letter dated March 15, 1961, claimant was notified that his employment was being terminated as of April 13, 1961, by reason of acts of insubordination. Claimant thereafter regularly filed his claim for benefits with the Employment Security Agency.
