MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER ON DEBTORS’ MOTION TO SELL NON-EXEMPT REAL ESTATE

This case came on for hearing on June 19, 2000 (“Hearing”), on a motion for authority to sell non-exempt real estate (“Motion”) filed by the debtors, Ralf and Karen Euler (“Debtors”). The Motion sought authority under Bankruptcy Code §§ 1308 and 363(b) for the Debtors to sell their interest in certain real estate consisting of a New Jersey townhouse (“Property”).
