This consolidated action concerns the claims raised by plaintiffs, Luoyang Bearing Corp. (Group) (“Luoyang”), Zhejiang Machinery Import & Export Corp. (“ZMC”), and China National Machinery Import & Export Corporation (“CMC”), and plaintiff and defendant-intervenors, Wafangdian Bearing Company, Ltd.
