DECISION AND ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

Plaintiffs Michael and Terry Wickman, a married couple, brought this diversity suit' against Defendant State Farm Fire & Casualty Company (“State Farm”), alleging that State Farm breached an insurance contract in failing to pay the Wickmans the full amount due under their homeowners policy for a loss caused by a fire, and that it did so in bad faith. Federal jurisdiction exists under 28 U.S.C. § 1332, and the case is presently before the Court on State Farm’s motion for summary judgment.…
