The action is for fraud and deceit, the plaintiffs appealing from a judgment of nonsuit.
At the close of the plaintiffs’ case the defendants moved for a nonsuit, ánd the court reserved decision until the end of the defendants’ case. The defendants offered their evidence and at the close of the entire case renewed their motion for a nonsuit and moved for the direction of a verdict.
