¶ 1 Appellant, Dauntel Lamont Evans, appeals nunc pro tunc from the judgment of sentence entered February 23, 2004, pursuant to the order entered September 2, 2005 granting his petition for relief under the Post Conviction Relief Act (PCRA), 42 Pa.C.S.A. §§ 9541-9546, and reinstating his right to file a direct appeal nunc pro tunc.
