This is an injunction suit instituted by the surviving widow in community of J. K. Boone, deceased, to restrain the administrator of his succession from selling certain real estate, and to remove said administrator for his alleged failure to deposit succession funds in bank, and for his alleged payment of debts of the succession without the order of the court, in violation of article 1156 of the Civil Code.
