The defendant, James Jordan, appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered after a jury trial, of assault in the first degree as an accessory in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-59 (a) (5) and 53a-8 (a), and, after a trial to the court, of criminal possession of a firearm in violation of General Statutes § 53a-217.
