The defendant, Michael Fauci, appeals, following our grant of certification, from the judgment of the Appellate Court affirming the judgments of conviction of three counts of robbery in the first degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-134 (a) (4), and three counts of conspiracy to commit robbery in the first degree in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-134 (a) (4) and 53a-48.
