{¶ 1} Relators, Brian Bardwell ("Brian") and Michael Bardwell ("Michael"), request that this court compel respondents — Rocky River Police Department, the chief of police, the Rocky River law department and the director of the law department (Andrew D. Bemer) — to make available various records as well as award statutory damages.
