THRASH, District Judge.

This is an action brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 to challenge a recent amendment to the Georgia Open Records Act. Plaintiff alleges violations of his First Amendment freedom of speech and his Fourteenth Amendment equal protection rights. This Court denied the claim for relief and entered judgment for the Defendants. Plaintiff appealed to the Eleventh Circuit.
