Appellee brought this action against appellant to annul and have declared void a marriage contract entered into between the parties on the 26th day of May, 1930, in the State of Alabama, the reason alleged in the complaint for the relief sought being that appellant, at the time of said purported marriage, was of unsound mind and incapable of entering into a valid marriage contract with appellee.
