Richard Friddle appeals from an order of the District Court 1 for the Western District of Arkansas dismissing his complaint seeking review of a final decision of the Secretary of Health and Human Services (the Secretary) terminating his disability benefits. The district court dismissed the complaint because it had not been filed within the sixty-day period provided for in 42 U.S.C. § 405(g).
