Plaintiff Lolita Dealy, an unsuccessful Social Security disability applicant, has brought this action seeking relief from an order of the Social Security Administration dismissing her request for a hearing on the basis of res judicata. Proceeding without counsel, the plaintiff filed an application for Social Security benefits on January 11, 1980. This claim was denied by the Secretary, without a hearing, both initially and on reconsideration.
