This matter comes before the court by way of a return date of an Order to Show Cause Temporary Restraints issued by Judge Maurice Gallipoli on January 31, 2000.1 The gravamen of defendant’s application centers on plaintiffs pre-litigation conduct in procuring certain alleged confidential and/or proprietary documents.
