[1] Injunctive relief is the proper remedy by a taxpayer seeking to prevent a misappropriation of the county funds. Potts v. Commissioners’ Court of Conecuh County, 203 Ala. 300, 82 South. 550; O’Rear v. Sartain, 193 Ala. 275, 69 South. 554, Ann. Cas. 1918B, 593.
By this proceeding we are called upon to review the constitutionality of the act approved September 30, 1919, the title of which appears in the foregoing statement of the case. Section 1 of said act is as follows:
