This is an action brought to review a ruling-of the district court of Leavenworth county, overruling a motion to set aside, and sustaining a motion to confirm a sale. The facts, as disclosed by the record, are these: On the 18th of February, 1873, Stewart "Van Vliet recovered a personal judgment against Madison Mills, in the district court of Leavenworth county, for the sum of $2,575.21.
