Plaintiff, Alexia Palmer, brings this putative class action against Defendants, Trump Model Management, LLC (“Trump”), Corinne Nicolas,1 President of Trump, and John or Jane Doe, CEO of Tramp, alleging violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Immigration and Nationality Act, and the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act.
