MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Before the Court are Defendants’ Motions to Dismiss. All Defendants have moved to dismiss Plaintiff’s Complaint on the basis that it fails to state a claim for which relief can be granted. All submitted briefs have been reviewed, and the Court held a hearing on November 30, 2016. For the reasons stated below, Defendants’ 12(b)(6) Motions to Dismiss (ECF Nos. 24, 26, 28, 69 and 63) are GRANTED.
