This was an action of ejectment, by John N. Price, against Phoebe Hudson and William D. Hudson, to recover the northeast quarter of the north-west quarter of section 3, township 3 north, range 9, east, in Richland county. The general issue was filed, and a trial by jury resulted in a verdict of not guilty. A motion for new trial interposed by plaintiff was overruled, and judgment entered on the verdict, from which the plaintiff below prosecutes this appeal.
