This action was instituted by John H. Johnson and other brothers and sisters, collateral heirs of James Johnson, deceased, to set aside a deed and recover possession of a certain tract of land situated in Kingfisher county and certain town lots in the city of Kingfisher, deeded to defendant Etta Craig by deceased during his lifetime. The cause was tried at the April term, 1910, resulting in a verdict and judgment for defendants. From this judgment plaintiffs appealed upon fifteen assignments of error.
