This is an action to enjoin the sheriff of Sedgwick county and defendant Richard Wilson from selling a homestead, under a judgment rendered in the district court of that county in an action in which the defendant herein, Richard Wilson, was plaintiff, and Sarah A. King, wife of this plaintiff *391Charles King, was defendant. Judgment was rendered in favor of the defendants. The plaintiff appeals.
