JOHNSON, District Judge.

The petitioner, Dewey Allison, on or about January 4, 1963, presented to this Court an application seeking leave of this Court to file and proceed in forma pauper-is upon an application for writ of habeas corpus. Upon consideration thereof, this Court on January 4, 1963, ordered and directed that William C. Holman, Warden of Kilby Prison, Montgomery, Alabama— the institution where petitioner Allison is presently being incarcerated — appear and show cause why this Court should not order and authorize the filing of Allison’s petition for writ of habeas corpus in forma…
