This is a bill in equity for injünctive relief brought by plaintiff against the city of Manchester and its board of health, following his discharge as city health officer. The Trial Court (Wyman, J.) ruled that the board of health did not have the authority to discharge plaintiff, and ordered his reinstatement. We affirm the court’s decree.
