These two actions were consolidated for trial by stipulation of the parties and by order of the Court. Action numbered 41222 is an action for the recovery of the sum of $50,000 on a life insurance policy issued by the Washington National Insurance Company, hereinafter defendant, on the life of John A. Reginato. Claudia Reginato, hereinafter plaintiff, was the wife of John A. Reginato and is the beneficiary of this policy.
