I. BACKGROUND
R & R Ready Mix, Inc. (“R & R”) brought this action against Todd Dewaine Freier (“Freier”) to obtain a determination that Freier had personal liability on a state court money judgment rendered in favor of R & R and against T.F. Concrete, Inc. (“T.F.”), a corporation wholly owned by Freier. R & R requested the bankruptcy court pierce the corporate veil of T.F. and find that the liability of Freier to R & R is a non-dischargeable debt under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A), 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(B) and 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(4).
