This is an adversary proceeding for determination of dischargeability of debt, commenced in the Defendant’s bankruptcy case. 1 It came before the Court on the Defendant’s motion for summary judgment. The Defendant appeared by his attorney, Terese A. West. The Plaintiff appeared by its attorney, Boris Parker.
