I. INTRODUCTION
This is a case originally brought in the Superior Court of New Jersey by Plaintiff Judith Gayle Tegler against her former employer, Defendant Global Spectrum, L.P. ("Global Spectrum"), and its parent corporation, Comcast-Spectacor. The case was removed to this Court on March 9, 2015 by Defendants.
