This matter comes before the Court on petitioner’s application for writ of mandamus, seeking access to medical, psychological and psychiatric documents subpoenaed by the Commonwealth, and sealed by the trial judge, in a criminal case styled Commonwealth v. Lynn Hatcher Sanders, that is presently pending in Amherst Circuit Court.
