The defendant in error, W. J,. Cassidy, brought suit in the district court o. Carter county against W. A. Led-better, Ed Byrd, and numerous other parties to quiet title to certain real property. Plaintiffs in error intervened in this action, asserting ownership of a certain oil and gas lease on said land, and also to all macJhine,vy, pipes, tanks, etc., located on the same.
