The petitioner, as the widow of the decedent, appeals from a judgment entered upon an order sustaining the two demurrers of the respondents to the petition, in which she asserts that within the meaning of section 1299 of the Civil Code, the will of the decedent, dated October 22, 1912, was revoked, and that, therefore, he died intestate. The respondents are the below mentioned executors and the Pacific Unitarian School for the Ministry at Berkeley, California, a legatee under the said will.
