Barry Douglas, proceeding pro se, appeals the U.S. Bankruptcy Court’s order denying his motion for an extension of time to file a notice of appeal. See In re Douglas, No. 09-00491 (Bankr.D.D.C. filed June 9, 2009) [hereinafter “Bankr.”]. Although the bankruptcy court has denied several of Douglas’s motions, only the narrow issue of the order denying the motion for an extension of time is before the Court [Bankr. ECF No. 118].
