MEMORANDUM OPINION
Smith, District Judge.
The appellants prosecuted an adversary proceeding seeking to have the bankruptcy court determine that their pre-petition claims against the Chapter 7 debtor appel-lee were excepted from discharge. After a trial, the bankruptcy court concluded that the appellants’ claims were subject to discharge and entered judgment in favor of the appellee and against the appellants.
