NYGAARD ET UX v. Anderson

This is an appeal by defendant, Agnes M. Anderson, from a decree granting to plaintiffs strict foreclosure of a contract for the sale of a motel and denying defendant’s prayer for rescission and restitution.

On August 12, 1956 plaintiffs contracted to sell the motel property to the defendant Agnes M. Anderson and her husband, Arthur Anderson. Defendant’s husband died prior to the institution of this suit.
