JOURNAL ENTRY and OPINION
{¶ 1} In this consolidated appeal, defendants-appellants Robert M. Temple ("Temple")1 and Jimmy C. Chisum ("Chisum"),2 pro se, appeal various decisions of the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division. For the reasons stated below, we affirm.
{¶ 2} The facts adduced from the record are as follows: On or about March 16, 1981, plaintiff-appellee Catherine Temple ("Catherine") and Temple were married.3 Temple denied the existence of a marriage, but the court found by clear and convincing evidence that the two were married.
