Before the court is defendant TRW Inc.’s motion to compel plaintiff United States of America (“the government” or “plaintiff’) and relator Richard D. Bagley (“relator”) (collectively, “plaintiffs”) to produce several disclosure statements prepared by relator and his counsel and provided to plaintiff in compliance with the False Claims Act (the “Act”).
