This case is before us on a writ of certiorari directed to the Honorable Robert B. Butler, judge of the Seventeenth judicial district court for the parish of Lafourche. The question presented for our consideration is the propriety of the action of the trial judge in issuing a preliminary injunction “restraining, pendente lite the defendants E. R. Hoffmann, Hubert A.
