This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of appellee for $505, being attorney’s fees and costs incurred by him in the defense of a certain suit, against which, appellee alleged, the appellant had executed its policy of indemnity.
Appellant admitted issuance of the policy and, as matters of defense, alleged that same was issued subject to the conditions therein contained. Those specifically urged here will be quoted in passing upon the assignments of error.'
