Appellant, Commercial Waterway District No. 1 of King County, brought an action of ejectment against respondent, Permanente Cement Company, to determine title to certain real property described below and to eject respondent therefrom. Respondent answered and alleged affirmatively that it had acquired title to the disputed property by adverse possession. The trial court rendered judgment quieting title in appellant, but held that appellant was estopped from ejecting respondent.
