—Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed December 16, 1991, which ruled that claimant was disqualified from receiving unemployment insurance benefits because his employment was terminated due to misconduct.

Claimant worked as a cleaner for his employer in a building occupied by a public utility. On his last day of employment he admittedly used the utility’s loudspeaker system to announce throughout the building that two of the utility’s employees were "making out” in the building’s lobby.
