Affirming.

H. K. Hollifield was killed in Knox county while he was an employe of the Louisville & Nashville Bailroad Company. He was a trackwalker. The facts disclosed hv the testimony show that the tracks of the railroad, on his particular section in Knox county, passed through a deep cut, and that there was a heavy grade, making it necessary for the railroad company to keep in constant use a “helper” engine.
