Defendant Deutsche Bank National Trust Company (Deutsche Bank), in its capacity as trustee for certain residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS) trusts, seeks an order compelling plaintiff Royal Park Investments SA/NV (Royal Park) to obtain and produce documents held by the non-parties from which Royal Park derived the rights upon which it now sues.
