Pending before the Court is third party Auto-ISAC, Inc.’s (“Auto-ISAC”)1 motion to quash a subpoena served on it by Brian Flynn, George Brown, Kelly Brown, and Michael Keith, who are plaintiffs in an underlying action in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois against defendants FCA US LLC (“FCA”) and Harman International Industries, Inc.
