Petitioner Randall Duck (“Petitioner”) filed this miscellaneous action, seeking to enforce a subpoena duces tecum issued out of the United States District Court for the District of Colorado (the “District of Colorado”) directed to the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”).
