In these asbestos-related cases, three motions are before the Court. The Defendant Forty-Eight .Insulations has moved for an order permitting discovery and for leave to file cross-actions based upon a contribution theory of market share apportionment. 1 Sixteen defendants 2 have joined in a motion for reconsideration of the collateral estoppel order entered pursuant to Flatt v.
