Plaintiffs Michael and Terri Lynn Chapman (“Chapmans”) bring this action against defendant LabOne, Inc. 1 (“LabOne”) alleging various state law torts stemming from LabOne’s testing of Michael Chapman’s urine sample. The Chapmans originally brought this action in the Iowa District Court for Polk County. LabOne removed the action to this court based on diversity of citizenship and federal question jurisdiction.
