Plaintiff Royal Park Investments SA/NV ("Royal Park") commenced this putative class action, individually and on behalf of *391all others similarly situated, against U.S. Bank National Association ("U.S. Bank"), as trustee, alleging breach of the Trust Indenture Act, breach of contract, and breach of trust in connection with twenty-five residential mortgaged-backed securities ("RMBS") trusts. (See"Complaint," Dkt. No. 2.)
