The plaintiff, Frances Erica Lane, Inc., appeals, following our grant of certification, from the trial court’s judgment dismissing its appeal from the denial of its petition for a variance to reduce a wetlands minimum setback requirement from fifty feet to zero feet by the defendant, the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Town of Stratford.
