COX, Judge:

Appellant was tried by a general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members at Fort Ord, California. Contrary to his pleas, he was convicted of conspiracy to damage private property; damage to private property; and wrongful use of cocaine, in violation of Articles 81, 109, and 112a, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 881, 909, and 912a, respectively. He was sentenced to a bad-con*358duct discharge, 3 years’ confinement, total forfeitures, and reduction to E-l.
