MEMORANDUM ORDER GRANTING JUDGMENT IN FAVOR OF DEFENDANT

The parties filed cross-motions for summary judgment on Plaintiffs complaint objecting to discharge of a debt under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2). 1 Plaintiff KC Coring & Cutting Construction, Inc. (“KC Coring”), seeks to except from discharge approximately $3,725.00, alleging Defendant issued an insufficient funds check.
